There would be panic in the streets. The world is doomed. The business channels would be frothing at the mouth. Talking heads would be doing charts trying to figure out what happened. Families would enjoy the day off. The malls empty as people would realize they are too poor to buy the latest gadget.
Ain't gonna happen is it?

I'm with you. I do not get Black Friday. I don't want bargains that badly. I hate shopping; Holiday shopping anyway.
I did participate in Shop Small on Saturday though. That always makes me feel good since I was once, ages ago, a small store owner.
I will have to pull up my big girl knickers soon and shop though. Blech! lol

ha, haven't heard of knickers in quite awhile.
Since I have left the big box retailer, I must admit
it didn't affect me as much this year. And I am not surround by Christmas stuff all the time. Good for you to support the small guy!
