Ha! From your profile pic, I'd say you don't have to lose weight at all. Some women (um, like me) actually prefer men with a little extra weight, and you don't even look like you have extra weight on you. I find the bulk to be manly.
Moo I had lost some weight recently.But knew diet alone wasn't going to do it. I also started straining muscles at work, never happened before, so a very intense work out program at home has been started. Wishing us luck.
