I saw this on Linda and her Twaddle. It reminded me of The Wizard of Oz movie and the walk through the scary forest. If you remember Dorthy and the scarecrow got the trees to throw apples at them so she could have something to eat.
This is my version. I am sure there are extra branches. I was getting dizzy at one point. I did the best I could. If you look closely, the tree is looking at her!

I guess in my advancing years I am not afraid to try and fail,
Thank you as always.
Oh Ray. That is great. You even got the dimples on her knees (which the tattooist forgot). You know, when he did the tattoo he said it was so much more fiddly than he thought and made his eyes water at the end. So maybe you are not alone getting dizzy!
Linda
There is a tremendous amount of detail in your drawing. From the bark to the placement of the branches and leaves. Throw in the individual bits of grass, stone foot path, flowers and such and you know what I mean. I worked for over two hours on the tree alone. Then I said to myself "don't screw up drawing the girl". I used Derwent Hb, 2b, and 4b pencils. (50 lb.. paper)
I was very focussed. The house could have started on fire and I would have brought out hot dogs and marshmallows. I was very inspired while drawing it.
Thank you for sharing with me and the world your love for this incredible drawing!
Is that Linda's tattoo? Coolio!
I thought I WAS following! Hmm.
