This was going to be a post showing the Jetsons big screen TV and comparing them to the flat screens of today, but I couldn't find something suitable. Well, one thing led to another and here goes the intro to an old favorite. I bet you are singing along, aren't you?

Kevin and I tried to remember the song before I played the video, but the best we could do was "his dog, Leroy" (which of course is totally wrong)!
Mind you, we were watching it back in the 60s, so you'll have to cut us some slack!

I was a wee lad back then too! No flying cars yet, but furniture and bicycles that fold up. We are making progress.
I, sadly, know all the words to this and Green Acres.
BTW - my dog totally looks like Astro. Rut Row!
