A perfect follow up to my last post, don't you think?
"If I have harmed anyone in any way, either knowingly or unknowingly
through my own confusions, I ask their forgiveness.
If anyone has harmed me in any way, either knowingly or unknowingly
through their own confusions, I forgive them.
And if there is a situation I am not yet ready to forgive
I forgive myself for that.
For all the ways that I harm myself, negate, doubt, belittle myself,
judge or be unkind to myself through my own confusions,
I forgive myself."

The nice thing about being human is the urge and the ability to forgive.
But you don't have to forgive for being human.

Forgiving is a major step towards inner peace and acceptance. Forgiving ones self is the most difficult of all.
Now if I could make the inner voice take a nap for awhile! lol
This should be framed...

I found this after my post on esteem.
Framing is a good idea.
It seemed to fit perfectly the way the morning was going. What worries me is the little voice in my head is thinking of writing a book, with pictures!
I love it! And it is perfect, after the self esteem post, which I needed so badly today.
